A phone call is fastest for urgent situations on site; for larger projects, a short e-mail describing the work helps us assign the right specialist and method from the start.

We are based in Istanbul, but our field teams also work outside the city on construction sites, in shipyards and on urban transformation projects. For enquiries from abroad we can correspond in English.

Information That Speeds Up Your Enquiry

If you include the following details when you write to us, we can usually clarify the scope and the service you need in a single exchange:

• The type of building and its approximate year of construction.
• The size of the area concerned and the number of floors.
• The materials you suspect: roof sheeting, pipe insulation, floor coverings, plaster or insulation.
• Your planned schedule and any date by which a report has to be submitted to the authorities.
• Copies of any analysis or report already produced for the site.
• The province and district where the work is located, and the conditions for entering the site.

What Happens Next

When your enquiry reaches us we review the file, ask about anything missing and, once the scope is clear, prepare a proposal setting out the content, duration and price of the work. If sampling or airborne asbestos measurement is needed, we agree a date with you for the site visit.
